La Terra

Welcome to the modern, bright and cozy restaurant La Terra, where we combine a refined interior, a gentle scent of freshly baked bread and tranquility created by our professional team.

The stylish industrial design of our restaurant is in exciting contrast with the warm feeling – as if we are guests of a large Florentine family. This is the atmosphere Radostin Kiryazov‘s original pizzas create.

#thehollow

The tree of life has grown from the depths of the restaurant, where we return to the roots of taste. Symbolically, coins of luck, which are then donated to charity, or pieces of paper with wishes written on them are placed in it. We all believe in its strength and positive energy. This is exactly what we invest in our work.

Meet Chef Radostin Kiryazov!

Always smiling, cordial, well-meaning and, as expected, a gentleman. When he was born, a fairy must have destined him to give his best in making pizza. Something that many people around the world do, but no one does it like him. Another fairy foretold that he would be a citizen of the world – he would go to specialized exhibitions, he would present the best furnaces in the industry and he would train new followers. The third fairy undoubtedly gave him an easygoing attitude to people. To be a good craftsman, you need love. And lots of it.

“A craft is a craft, if you have the will, you will develop. However, the good man wants to give without keeping anything to himself. He is ready to lend a hand, to take you to his tranquility, to gallantly drag you into the world of quality pizza, to give you a smile, saying without words: good food is like love, you always want the best for yourself.”

ROSSIDI

“Combining our names, Rossi and Eddie Kurian, we laid the foundations of ROSSIDI in 2008. Later, Petar Georgiev joined us. We produce the Rossidi wines from our own vineyards in the village of Nikolaevo, and they are intended mainly for restaurants, specialized shops and connoisseurs.

Our goal has always been to build a lasting and quality relationship with our customers by being authentic, innovative and upholding our values and philosophy.

Wines, as the end product of our love, friendship and efforts, must reflect the terroir and the main varietal characteristics. They should not be a commercial product, deliberately polished to please a certain group of consumers!”
