Allergens

List of potential allergens and symbols by serial number with a brief description.

  1. Cereals containing gluten, namely: wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt (a type of wheat), kamut (a type of durum wheat) or their hybrid crosses,

as well as products thereof, with the exception of: a) wheat-based glucose syrup, including dextrose; b) wheat-based maltodextrins; c) bar- ley-based glucose syrup; d) cereal crops, used for the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.

  1. Crabs and products thereof;
  2. Eggs and products thereof.
  3. Fish and fish products with the exception of:a) fish gelatin used as a carrier of vitamins or carotenoid preparations;b) fish gelatin or fish glue

used as a fining agent in beer and wine.

  1. Peanuts and their products;
  2. Soybean and soy products with the exception of: a) fully refined soy oil and fat; b) natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocoph- erol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate from soy sources; c) phytosterols and phytosterol esters from

vegetable oils obtained from soy sources; d) vegetable stanol ester, derived from vegetable oil sterols from soy sources;

  1. Milk and milk products (including lactose) with the exception of: a) whey used for the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl

alcohol, a by-product of the industry; b) lactitol.

  1. Nuts, namely: almonds (Amygdaluscommunis L.), hazelnuts (Corylusavellana), cashews (Juglansregia), cashews (Anacardiumoccidentale),

pecans (Caryaillinoiesis (Wangenh.)K. Koch), Brazil nuts (Bertholletiaexcelsa), pistachios (Pistaciavera), macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts

(Macadamiaternifolia) and products thereof, with the exception of nuts used for the production of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of

In accordance with the amendments to the Ordinance on the Provision of Food Information to Consumers, effective as of 27.07.2025 (State Gazette, issue 35 of 2025), a requirement has been introduced to indicate the consumption time limits for prepared food.

DEAR GUESTS,

  • Food prepared and served in the establishment should be consumed within 4 hours after serving.
  • Food prepared for takeaway should be consumed within 4 hours after the issuance of the receipt.
